1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cygient website at cygient.com ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Cygient is currently operated as an unincorporated trading name by Nikolaos Chrysaidos, based in Prague, Czech Republic ("Cygient", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site Is

Cygient.com is a marketing and waitlist website for an AI security platform currently in development. The Site provides information about Cygient's planned products and services, and allows visitors to join a waitlist for early access.

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a contract, purchase, subscription, or any binding commitment by either party. We make no guarantee of product availability, launch timelines, or feature delivery.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any connected systems

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site

  • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications through the Site

  • Impersonate Cygient, its team, or any other person or entity

  • Use the Site to distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful content

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or its services

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, research, graphics, logos, brand names, product names (ThreatGate, ThreatProbe, Cygient Threat Labs), and the overall design — is the property of Cygient and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing on this Site grants you a licence to use any of Cygient's intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

5. No Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be available at all times or free from errors

  • Any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date

  • The Site is free from viruses or other harmful components

Product descriptions, features, and capabilities described on the Site reflect our current plans and are subject to change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cygient shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with the Site shall not exceed €100.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including Cal.eu for meeting bookings. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the Site.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection law.
