Cygient ("we", "us", "our") is an AI security company operating at cygient.com. Cygient is currently operated as an unincorporated trading name by Nikolaos Chrysaidos, based in Prague, Czech Republic.

What Data We Collect and Why

Waitlist Form

When you join our waitlist, we collect your name and email address. We use this to notify you when the platform launches and to send you relevant updates about Cygient. This is the only purpose we use this data for.

Legal basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest and your consent given at the point of submission.

Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and optionally your phone number and a message. We use this to respond to your enquiry.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Waitlist data is kept until the product launches or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months, or until the matter is resolved.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following services to operate the site, which may process your data on our behalf:

Framer — our website platform (framer.com). Framer collects anonymised page view analytics. No cookies are used for this. See Framer's privacy policy at framer.com/privacy.
Cal.eu — our meeting booking tool. If you book a call, Cal.eu's privacy policy applies to data entered there. See cal.com/privacy.

Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Framer's built-in analytics uses a privacy-friendly, cookieless approach to measure page views.

If we introduce any cookies in the future, we will update this policy and display a consent notice on the site.
